Abstract. Specimens of Plantago albicans L. with stem and stipe are observed and illustrated.
This aspect could be related to the mesological conditions.
They are little sprouted shrubs, like a small tree.
We notice some possible ecological implications as regards this aspect.
Likewise, some cases in a lying position are examined, with separate buds like stolons/ runners.
As well as that, we observe root-shoots when the root is uncovered or near the surface, rhizome-like.
We notice the mucilaginous halo of the hydrated seeds and its adhesiveness/ stickiness capacity, the latter being the subject of some ecological assessment.
